El Teatro Universitario, institución ganadora del Premio Nacional a Mejor Grupo de Teatro 2011, llevará al escenario la comedia "Ruta: Gritadero" del 5 al 29 de mayo en el Teatro Universitario dirigida por Carol Jiménez.
La obra aborda la situación de espera de la llegada de un bus por parte de tres mujeres, en un mundo no se permite gritar. La necesidad de aplacar dicha espera con pequeñas soluciones, desemboca en una comedia de humor negro e hilarante que hace al espectador tomar conciencia del ahogo de nuestra cotidianeidad mediante un viaje cómico pero no menos fuerte y reflexivo.
Todos esperamos por este "bus" al gritadero, parecer ser el mensaje de la obra: cada fecha de pago, cada viernes de moda, cada fin de semana largo, cada domingo de fútbol, cada nuevo bar, cada último modelo de celular, y lo ignoramos. Esta ignorancia reside en que estos "buses" que nos transportan, suelen llegar, pero ¿qué serÃa de nosotros si no llegasen, si la espera se volviera insoportable?

Las actrices Roxana Campos, Ana Clara Carranza y Luchy Pérez encarnan el perfil de muchas mujeres que representan todos los sufrimientos del ser humano.
Esta puesta en escena está dirigida al público en general y se presentará de jueves a sábado a las 8:00 p.m. y domingos a las 5:00 p.m. en el Teatro Universitario de la Universidad de Costa Rica, ubicado 100 metros este de la LibrerÃa Universitaria (Calle de la Amargura).
