Sobre el ejercicio recomiendan un mÃnimo de 30 minutos cuatro veces a la semana, además ejercicio cardio-bascular, porque correr fortalece el corazón y oxigena las células, también ejercicio con pesas para fortalecer los músculos y huesos.
Con el descanso es importante que tome en cuenta lo siguiente:
Adultos: dormir entre seis a siete horas diarias
Adolescentes: siete a ocho horas diarias y Niños deben dormir un mÃnimo de nueve horas diarias.
Sobre una buena salud mental
Este matrimonio recomienda:
Aceptar las cosas que no se pueden cambiar
Buscar soluciones para las cosas que si pueden cambiar
No vivir en el pasado
